### 3.1 Order Process
- All items are made to order based on your specific measurements
- Standard processing time is 3-6 weeks for all orders
- Order confirmation will be sent via email
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse any order
- Payment must be received in full before production begins
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance

- Each piece is made to your specific measurements
- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
- We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements provided by customers

- All prices are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Shipping costs are additional and clearly displayed at checkout

- All payments must be made in full at time of order

### 5.1 Delivery Times
- UK delivery: 2-3 working days
- USA delivery: 3-5 working days
- Europe delivery: 2-5 working days
- Republic of Ireland: 2-4 working days
- Rest of World: 3-7 working days
- All delivery times begin after the 3-6 week production period
### 5.2 International Orders
- Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
## 6. Returns & Refunds
### 6.1 Return Policy
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on size
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects
- Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence of defects required
### 6.2 Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled due to production commencement
- Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed within 14 days

- Minor variations may occur due to handmade nature
