  • Standard processing time: 3-6 weeks
  • Processing time begins from the date of order confirmation
  • This time is necessary to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship
  • Processing times are separate from shipping times

  • USA: 3-5 working days - Ā£25
  • Europe: 2-5 working days - Ā£15
  • Republic of Ireland: 2-4 working days - Ā£8
  • Rest of World: 3-7 working days - Ā£30

International Customs & Duties

  • For countries outside the UK and EU, import duties and taxes are not included in our prices
  • Additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Items

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns based on sizing issues
  • Each item is carefully crafted to your specific measurements
  • We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order

Quality Guarantee

  • All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping
  • In the rare case of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, as production may have begun, cancellations cannot be accepted

Exchanges

  • Due to our made-to-order business model, we do not offer direct exchanges
  • Each piece is uniquely crafted for individual customers

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and detailed description of the damage
  4. We will review each case individually and provide appropriate solutions

Lost Packages

  • All orders are shipped with tracking
  • In the event of a lost package, please contact us immediately
  • We will work with our shipping partners to locate your order
  • Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis
