Returns Policy
Made-to-Order Items
- Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns based on sizing issues
- Each item is carefully crafted to your specific measurements
- We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order
Quality Guarantee
- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping
- In the rare case of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After 24 hours, as production may have begun, cancellations cannot be accepted
Exchanges
- Due to our made-to-order business model, we do not offer direct exchanges
- Each piece is uniquely crafted for individual customers
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and detailed description of the damage
- We will review each case individually and provide appropriate solutions
Lost Packages
- All orders are shipped with tracking
- In the event of a lost package, please contact us immediately
- We will work with our shipping partners to locate your order
- Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis
